Under Cedarliving’s “Neighbor First program”, West Vancouver residents, meaning those that reside in West Vancouver and have a physical address in West Vancouver, that register early with Cedarliving will receive a limited number Three-Months Free Rental Coupon.

The early registration time period and early registration will both be announced and made available on this Webpage after Cedarliving receives its development permit from the District of West Vancouver. Cedarliving reserves the sole discretion to give this Coupon to other individuals that may not have registered early with Cedarliving.

To be eligible to use this Coupon, the individual must be 19 years of age or older must register early with Cedarliving; must have a West Vancouver physical address; and must qualified to be a tenant or a resident of the Cedarliving community. The qualifications to be a tenant or a resident of Cedarliving can be found in another section below. Restrictions this Coupon must be used before December 31st, 2040. copies of the Coupon are not accepted. limit one Coupon per one unit rental. Coupon is valid for one use only.

The coupon is not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied towards any service fee or any consumption cost charged by the Owner or the Operator, and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by the Owner or the Operator of the Cedarliving Community.

The early registrants should be 19 years or older. Any West Vancouver early registration has the opportunity to receive coupons. The coupons can be transferred, but can only be used by those who is qualified as a resident of the Cedarliving Community when enter the lease.

Yes. The Coupon is only transferrable between West Vancouver residents, meaning those that reside in West Vancouver and have a physical address in West Vancouver. Such transfer will only take effect upon Cedarliving operator’s confirmation of a written notice signed by both the Transferor and the Transferee. The written notice signed by both parties must include both parties’ full legal name and contact information, together with a copy of the original Coupon issued by the owner or Operator of Cedarliving.

No financial information is required at the early registration stage.
